Unique “Chorefti” (=dancing) filo that welcomes extra virgin olive oil, drop by drop. Its crispy ripples embrace a mouth-watering filling of feta cheese, smoked Metsovo cheese and Cretan gruyere cheese!

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Take the Chorefti Pie out of the freezer and remove the lid.
Optionally, smear the surface with whisked egg.
Place the product together with its paper pan in the middle rack of your oven.
After 10 minutes of baking, carve the pieces of the pie and put it back in the oven.
Bake for approx. 30 more minutes.
Adjust the cooking time and temperature according to your oven.
The product is not baked in a microwave oven.

 

INGREDIENTS

Dough 62% : [Wheat flour, water, vegetable fats and oils (palm oil, cottonseed oil and sunflower oil in varying proportions), extra virgin olive oil (2,5%), corn starch, cooking salt, sugar.
