- In a large pot, heat olive oil, cut the chicken into pieces and sizzle it until well browned ( appr 5 min)
- Add cocking sauce, 1 cup of water (300ml), stir well and bring to boil.
- Cover the pot and simmer until the chicken is cooked through (about 45′). During cooking, check if any additional water is needed.
- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
