  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil, cut the chicken into pieces and sizzle it until well browned ( appr 5 min)
  2. Add cocking sauce, 1 cup of water (300ml), stir well and bring to boil.
  3. Cover the pot and simmer until the chicken is cooked through (about 45′). During cooking, check if any additional water is needed.
  4. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
